These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777xp ("777xp", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 777xp platform — including but not limited to the website located at 777xp.asia, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, casino products, and financial transaction features offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777xp platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The 777xp platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. 777xp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfactorily demonstrated.

Access to and use of the 777xp platform is the sole responsibility of the individual user. You are personally responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager. 777xp does not represent that use of its services is permitted in your jurisdiction, and makes no warranty in this regard. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited should not access the platform.

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 777xp and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register as players or participate in any real-money gambling activity on the 777xp platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 777xp account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. 777xp is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your 777xp username or password with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 777xp support immediately using the contact details provided in these Terms.

777xp may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or following any other trigger event determined at its sole discretion. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested to satisfy verification requirements, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification and proof of payment method ownership.

777xp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your 777xp account balance in PKR at the prevailing rate for non-PKR deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change. 777xp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 3. 777xp reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players must not attempt to withdraw funds as a means of circumventing bonus wagering requirements.

Any funds deposited on the 777xp platform must be used for gambling purposes. 777xp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or close accounts where it reasonably suspects that the platform is being used as a payment processing mechanism rather than for genuine gambling activity.

777xp may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes during bonus play will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to comply with promotion-specific restrictions may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated therefrom.

777xp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time and without prior notice, particularly where 777xp has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation.

All bets placed on the 777xp platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant betting market or game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the rules published on 777xp at the time the bet was placed shall govern.

777xp reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced where live data was unavailable, bets placed on markets opened in error, or bets that 777xp has reasonable grounds to believe were placed using insider information or in a manner designed to exploit pricing errors.

In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game or betting event, 777xp's decision on the outcome shall be final. 777xp's liability in such circumstances shall be limited to the return of the original stake placed on the affected bet or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds without notice:

(a) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification; (b) Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other electronic means to gain an unfair advantage; (c) Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market; (d) Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the 777xp platform; (e) Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity; (f) Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation; (g) Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes following a genuine transaction.

777xp cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation of suspected illegal activity involving its platform.

All content on the 777xp platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, trademarks, and trade names, is the exclusive property of 777xp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the 777xp platform without the express prior written consent of 777xp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 777xp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777xp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to pass identity verification; inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. 777xp is not obligated to return funds where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

You may request the closure of your 777xp account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme will be honoured in accordance with the policy set out on our Responsible Gaming page.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

777xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777xp will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 777xp platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
